- 100 g spring onions (cut into 4 cm lengths)
A:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp wine
- ½ tbsp cornstarch
B:
- 150 g young ginger (sliced thinly)
- ½ tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
Directions:
- Season beef slices with ingredients A.
- Fry ingredients B in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 3 minutes.
- Add in oyster sauce and cook on power High for 1 minute.
- Stir in seasoned beef and spring onions.
- Cover and cook on power High for 3 ½ minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
