Ginger Beef (Microwave)--chinese Food

How to make Chinese Recipes:


Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
  • 300 g beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 100 g spring onions (cut into 4 cm lengths)
A:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp wine
  • ½ tbsp cornstarch
B:
  • 150 g young ginger (sliced thinly)
  • ½ tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
Directions:
  1. Season beef slices with ingredients A.
  2. Fry ingredients B in a casserole on power High, uncovered for 3 minutes.
  3. Add in oyster sauce and cook on power High for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in seasoned beef and spring onions.
  5. Cover and cook on power High for 3 ½ minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
