Preparation:
- Clean triras (kind of fish) well, and cut into small pieces.
- Eggplant need to peel the bark( keep some bark); then cut string bean.
- Using mortal and pestles to pound stalk lemongrass, red chili, shallot curry paste powder after put kapi (little bit).

- Add fish sauce, sugar, salt, seasoning, tamarind (little bit) and keep it till tender.
